The Drag (or ruff)

The DRAG contains two "grace notes" followed by one main note . The two grace notes are played with the one hand, e.g., LL R or RR L. Remember they are played as close a possible before the main beat, but have no real time value.

The SINGLE DRAG combines a Drag with dotted eighths and sixteenths.
